Making Frankenstein is part of 365 Women a Year, an international theatre festival celebrating the lives of extraordinary women who shaped our world. Our goal is to bring 365 women a year from out of the shadows and give their stories the credit they deserve.
Making Frankenstein made its world premiere on March 26th, 2015, at the Upstage Theatre in Charlotte, North Carolina. It’s second reading was on March 27th, 2015, on Bennington College Campus, Bennington, Vermont. The event was live-streamed on HowlRoundTV.
Making Frankenstein had another reading in April 2015 at the University of North Dakota.
In 2016, Making Frankenstein was part of the 365 Women a Year Festival at the Winter Carnival of New Works at Hubbard Hall.
The play will be making it’s NYC debu on April 16th as part of the In Her Name Festival at 13th Street Repertory Theatre. You can buy tickets to this event here.
Making Frankenstein is also part of the HERSTORY Festival, happening April 29th adn 30th at the Silk Road Art Gallery in New Haven.
